1. Identity of the Data Controller
As data controller, Zafer Mimarlık İnşaat Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under number 969478 and operating at Altınşehir Mah. Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Cad. No:59, Interior Door No:1, Başakşehir / Istanbul, provides the following information in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Identity, contact, financial, professional, visual/audio, vehicle, signature and preference data may be processed to manage customer satisfaction, offers and payments, accounting, sales and after-sales activities, contracts, project communications, marketing activities where permitted, shipments, utilities, security and legal processes.
Personal data may be stored in the Company’s physical archives and information systems in digital and physical form.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
For the purposes described above, personal data may be transferred, where legally permitted, to domestic or international affiliates, financial institutions, auditors, advisers, communication operators, marketing partners, logistics providers, utility companies, land registry offices, municipalities, competent public authorities, courts and law firms.

It is processed on legal grounds including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
